How to clean your face?

In daily life every day skin gets coated with all sorts of bacteria, make up, dirt etc. If your pores are clogged with a mixture of sebum and outside pollutants, the process builds up bacteria and Ance.

So it’s very important that you clean your face by right cleanser daily to stop Ance on your skin. In market various types of cleansers available but you have to choose that one which suites your skin properly.

Dry Skin – This skin type is often itchy, flaky, or generally tight. Choose a cleanser that clears away grime and impurities without stripping skin of its natural oils. When winter Is coming, change your usual cleanser to an oil-based cleanser and apply a heavier face cream multiple times throughout the day, for moisturising.

Oily Skin – This skin type shows large, visible pores with a greasy sheen that develops quickly after you’ve cleansed. Oily skin overproduces sebum and is more prone to breakouts, but holds moisture very well. Pick an oil-control to confront wash that clean pores (ones with charcoal are exceedingly viable), and directs oil generation without leaving your face feeling dry. An oil-free cleansing gel which contains salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide is recommended to help prevent breakouts.

Normal Skin – This skin type is an even skin tone with no flaking, redness, or sheen, and only the occasional breakout. We recommend using intense yet non-drying cleansers with a range of bonus perks such as anti-ageing, toning, and hydrating ingredients are all a major plus.

Sensitive Skin – This skin type is often red, especially after shaving or cleansing, and prone to irritation. Look out for cleansers with dense, creamy foams and soothing ingredients like aloe vera, willow bark, and witch hazel.

How to wash face:

  • Starting with clean hands will avoid the introduction of more bacteria and dirt to the face.
  • Use lukewarm water. Not many persons know this but, water temperature is vital. The response from your pores does not open or close to cold or hot water. Hot water enlarges blood vessels, which can irritate or dry out your skin, and cold water is less effective at loosening dirt. It is best to wash with lukewarm water to use clean your.
  • Massage your face with gentle circular motions.
  • Do not rush! After the cleanser foams up, it’s tempting to cut this process short, however it is recommended to lather between 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Use your fingers. When washing your face, abstain from scrubbing or using anything other besides your fingertips. Scrubbing pads, washcloths or other rough fabrics will probably irritate your skin.
