  • Using lukewarm water to take bath to avoid moisture loss. Hot water causes more dryness and itching.
  • Liberal use of moisturizer immediately posts bath seals the moisture and prevents water loss.
  • Always apply lip balm when you step out as cold wind causes chapping and cuts on lips.
  • Hydrate your body with water, herbal teas and soups to maintain proper fluid intake.
  • Stay away from blowers and heaters it causes dryness and lack of oxygen.
  • Neutral face washes without harsh chemicals should be used to maintain lipid layer of the face which brings suppleness and hydration.
  • Overnight hydrating serums helps skin with repair and rejuvenation of skin at night.
  • Hands and feet should be protected with thick urea-based creams to avoid cuts and eczema.
  • Always wear cotton clothing before wearing woolens to avoid eczema and allergies in Sensitive skins.
  • Use of sunscreen is a must in winters too as UV rays are the same as in summers.
