Skin tips in summers

Summer is the time for vacations, swimming and water sports. But we need to protect ourselves from scorching sun heat to avoid dehydration and sunburn. So how to protect ourselves to enjoy this season.

  • Avoid the sun between 10 am to 4 pm. Keep all your activities for early morning or late evenings.
  • Hydrate well with water, lemonade, coconut water, buttermilk, and juices.
  • Apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before going outdoors.
  • Use gel based or water resistant skin products.
  • Eat light food with lots of salads and fruits.
  • Use protective clothing like caps, umbrella, and sleeves while going out in two wheelers.
  • Always bath after swimming to avoid infections and use water-resistant sunscreen before entering the pool.
  • Detaining peels can be done for tanning and rejuvenation.
